A couple of weeks ago, I was driving with Kara and Olivia (probably on a Starbucks run) and Olivia decides it is a great time for one of her two year old melt downs. Kara turns around to deal with the situation.
I hear Olivia shout "NO. NO SASSING ME!!!."
My out loud, full on belly laugh until I had tears in my eyes chuckle was apperently a horrendous, two year old behaviour altering, dog house button mistake.
On a seperate occasion (last week) Livi takes things a bit to far. To set the stage I'm at work, Kara and Olivia were dualing it out over everything from breakfast to diaper changes.
At some point Olivia found mom's "line in the sand" and marched onward into the unknown. Much to her surprise she gets a little pop on the rear to get her attention and apparently she stops surprised and starts to cry.
As soon as Olivia figures out the tears are not getting the response she wants from mom she starts with the "ouwee, ouwee, kiss, kiss." Kara thinking she wants a kiss and all is well merrily pecks her on the lips.
Olivia responds, "No, no, no ... wemper ... kiss my butt."
Obviously, I had to make the horrendous, two year old behaviour altering mistake and retell this story in front of Olivia in a full on belly laugh, while holding down the dog house button.
